Time availability

The phone consultation is available during the following times:

Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm

Costs

A call to our phone consultation helpline will be charged your phone bill as follows:

CHF 3.35             per minute during the first 15 minutes (a minimum of 15 minutes will be charged)

CHF 1.50             for each additional minute

You will only be charged as soon as you are connected to one of our specialists.
